The holes lined up okay for me, less the little pins on the bottom of the radio box area. I had to unscrew it from the top tray, get the nubs on the bottom into the holes on the chassis, then flex the top of the radio box to get it back on the top tray. That was really annoying and took me quite a long time to get right. Other than that, it's a great kit to build.
