Camber should always come before droop to make sure the tires are all at the same angle when lifting the car up if that's your method of droop.
I usually make sure the camber is very close with a camber gauge first before I do the droop but that can be off with the slight bend that seems to be in most pre mount tires. I use the setup station to make sure they're dead on.
BTW- I still think you could have done a 12.4 with headlights.
