If your using a decent tire like a CS27 or such the kit setup should not push. My car was about 90% there for both carpet and asphalt with the kit setup. Go through the car and make sure the droop is set per the instructions. If the rear has little or no droop the car will push like crazy.

The picture shows how droop is measured with a guage. The way I have learned to set droop is by checking the cars ride height, then lift one end of the car checking for when the tires just start to come off the surface...now recheck the ride height. Lets say the car was 5mm just sitting and now its 7mm with the tires just touching. Now you have a measurment. Your droop is 2mm over your ride height. This is also the time to make sure the droop is even side to side. I start about 1.5-2mm over ride height in the front and 2.5-3mm over in the rear. Repeat this for both the front and the back of the car. Make sure to have a very flat surface when doing this.
