Just a general note for any engine before break in , 2 things will change your tune that is Fuel oil viscosity and pipe... but generally speaking the carb setting SHOULD be in run in mode ie traditionally rich .. but you will have to see once you start it.. giving you a base setting with changable perameters may be leading you astray ...

Just start it and use the first 30 seconds to tune HSN to clean 2 stroke mode..
and go from there ... The good thing with the Go Tech set up is they will tell you if they are too lean .. they will choke ... simple just richen from there ..
