Is the protoform honda accord body bad? I got one of those that i havent used, any feedbacks about these bodies

Im using 40f and 37r also had a bit of problem with it, way too much understeer well...that really not a problem but could not be bothered changing i am interested in trying 40f 40r or may be 45f and 45r ellegis trued down.
