12g, less resistance, difficult to solder well, but weights quite a bit more. 14g a little more resistance than 12g, but hardly noticable, easy to soldier, light weight. All ESC manufactures have gone to either 14g, or 13g wire. For 19T I'd split the difference, go to 13g wire. You can get it from trinity, or most race shops.
