Well...it depends...LOL...if it was me and I could get another cooling head for a reasonable price, I'd just bust the fins off the head and unscrew the bolt it with small Vice-grips. But that's just me.
If the head is $$$, then that wouldn't be such a good plan. You might be able to reach it from the side with some small pliers and break it loose. You might also be able to grind off the head of the bolt with a Dremel...again, from the side.

I have replaced the hex driver already, but how can I now get that screw out and my head off?? The tip of the hex driver is blocking the way. Someone please help!!
