I personally prefer the 3PKS FASST system. Extremely smooth and very responsive. Also no glitches so far at all.
For the FASST you need a FASST tx module and Rx.
I think you are a little confused, the synthesised module is for use with a normal or synthesis rx, just allows you to change the frequency in the band you choose without crystals. IT is a different system
