Has anybody use Brushless Motors on a 6 cells 12thscale?

I have been running a Hacker supposedly 100,000rpm max with 23t x 104t 64p on a large aspault track but I have this problem of stripping spur gear after every 7-8 runs, so far I have stripped 7 spurs already, anybody care to share your opinion on this problem?
