check your shims and make your comm be centered in the magnet field and when you break in your motor if you dot have a charger that can run a motor get like 2 or 4 loose cells and put them together when you do that attach alligator clips so you can just put them on the motor when it on a motor stand. when your done i file the side of the brushes down so they arent sharp. that should work.
