A trick I learned from some local oval racers is to use bubble gum remover spray.....or just buy a much more cooler or one of crazy ronnies coolers they actualy leave frost on the motor can. I wouldnt suggest cooling a motor right after a run though as the metals and other materials that make up the armature dont react well to sudden cool downs remember metal expands when heated and sudden exposure to intense cold changes the molecular strucure and thus can change the shape and strenghth of the metal I usualy spay it just before the race begins and let the motor cool on its own afterwards.
