Hi, my problem has been resolved with tower.
As i live in australia, sending the motor back and forth turn-around time would of been weeks.
I sent a pic of the new motor and invoice to tower and
I requested the updated rotor (5908) and updated ribb can (5919) from tower hobbies. Though this wont be 100% the upgraded motor (as it will be missing the Ribb peice at the rear of the can), i will be satisfied with that.
