Also check if the sencond gear housing is fitted correctly with the 2 bearing, because you get alot of play after a while of using it the aluminum gets worn out and the 2nd gear start to wobble. You can do two things change to a new housing OR try to install a diferent size bearing (same inner size but larger outter dim. The bearing must be PRESS FIT to the 2nd gear housing.
