Big B: I believe that the gtb/SS pro combos should be shipping already...? I might be wrong though... the motors by themselves have been available for quite a while now.
As far as 1/12 gearing goes... I want to say that the last time I ran the 10.5 pro spec motor I ran a 98/35 with 45 mm tires?
I don't have everything in front of me and I will have to double check on all of that later to be sure.
