Any sort of fitter and turner should be able to thread a blank screw to any type thread you want, its almost like a mr minit cutting keys. apart from that, you could get a bag of blank screws from a hardware store (maybe hard to find) and thread one yourself with a sturdy com lathe and a threading chisel.
