I've heard that a shop up at Drummoyne but dont know the name of the store... 
It's called Mr Stainless, a little further down from the RSL if your coming from mLyons Road, or Gladesville.
Although he doesn't really carry much that is good for RC Racing, you need to find a good engineering store.
