I dont know for sure on the 3pks, but on the regular 3pk, the only difference was the color. And the fact that Futaba USA would not service the Megatech, it had to be sent overseas. But I have never had a problem with my Megatech, so that is/has not been an issue. Now since the Magnums are the grey color, I would only assume that they are the same.

Maybe some more insightful people can add more, but that is my thoughts on it anyway.
