Yes...the 414M would be a good choice in stock...BUT...he already has a FACTORY TEAM TC3...so it would be of little advantage to go to the 414M....
If you're not planning to race TCS...stick with your TC3...it's a great car...but if you just want a new toy....the 414M is the car to get...you'll probably find yourself switching over....but parts tend to be a little more expensive
