Orion's settings for the new carb doesn't work fpr me (i think its way to rich)
And also the spray nozzle old spec was ½ a turn out but the new one 1½ ???
(with 1 turn out i get it better to work than on 1½ out)

Are you sure you have the new carb? if so the carb insert should be conical vs cup shaped on the old version.
The settings I posted on our website are the settings we use as base settings and they work for us everyday. Obviously you will need to fine tune them but they should be very close. Also these are used along with a good clutch and a pipe that suits the engine.
If you are far off from these I would generally assume that something is not right.
