Racers, need your knowledgable experience on Electric Motors. I had this problem recently, dunno what caused it but my motor can only last me 1 pack and then the comm will be really rough. Initially I thought it was the ESC, so I changed to a new one but the problem still persists. My friend told me that my comm was short circuited, so can you guys tell me what was the real problem or things that I should look out for. The comm shown in the pic is after 1 pack of batt.

seriously now overheated yes. and may be cheap brushes. Cut the com and get some high quality brushes. try grearing down also. what turn is that arm sure aint no stocker?????
