all i know is the packs i had for my region one regionals were nothing special like brad said voltage was 1.223 and the packs ran better then my 1.24 ibwc cells and the more i run them the faster i get . i built a new car for a race this weekend fastest time on the track for single lap was a 9.0 and that was the second lap in. for the main when i got my car working really good i was still runnig 8.9 half way throught the run .. all i can say is you know you have voltage when the motor comes off clean and cool and the pack runs strong start to finish
