I can validate that. I just discharged a LiPo last nihgt on my carbon, watching the voltage the whole time. From 8.4 to 6.8 takes about 2-3 hours with a 1 amp discharge, but from 6.8 to 6.0 took less than 15 minutes. The voltage does drop rapidly as it nears the 6.0 volt mark. Besides, at 6.25 volts the car isn't worth driving anyway IMHO
