As some of the others have said, I'd start at about 2 teeth less on the pinion(try a 29 tooth to start), though as Eddie said, stock motors tend to vary from one to another(even when all are the same kind, I've seen Co27's that rev like an X-Stock, & I've seen X-Stocks that rev more like Co27's, though their torque didn't look any better). But starting with a 29 tooth should give you something to work off of, just try it & keep a close eye on your car(& on motor temps), if it seems to need more room to top out or if it's getting too hot, then gear down more, or if it's topping out early, try going back up a bit, just don't let it get too hot(I wouldn't want one to get any hotter than 170 degrees, but I know some guys will, that's just my preference)....
