The current off-road track WAS the parking lot until a few years ago. It's still under there, stripes and all.
I think that Dana just made a pragmatic decision to go with the numbers. It sucks that the onroad is closing, but he's going to do MUCH better concentrating on the off-road side.
I can't wait to see the first car end up out on Monte Vista...LOL
