I dont know if there even is a "brushless 19t" your best bet would be to go to the local track where you plan to race and talk to the people who race there, and you will find out what people are running for the 19t class. Faster isnt alway better, on a tight technical track you will want more torque what good is a high rpm motor is you dont have enough room to open it up
