The grey EVO III lightweight shaft is not the best one to use - you may still experience problems (I did). The best shaft to use is the blue one as it has fatter bevel ends and is 4mm longer then the original Evo III shaft and 2mm longer then the gery light weight one. Part # 49369 (how many revisions do Tamiya need? 4mm is not excatly a small error )


And as buboy28 said get the alloy - its a must
