I am sorry this post is not as restrained as my normal posts, but I am extremely pissed that I need to give up this hobby and for someone to tell me to "get real" is just ridiculous.

I'd not give up on the hobby...my buddy is trying to get me back into electric off-road during the winter season...I like the looks of Tamiya's new 4wd...
Also, we started tested brushless / Lipoly last year in 1/8th scale on-road cars...problem is we only get 7-8 minutes on a full run. This will improve over time.
