well , there are a few factors here (1) ones you go up on nitro% ITS NOT GOOD
to go back down (2) what pipe are you using (3)todays high end motors like nova,mega,sirio and os and so on , 220deg for a temp its not that high this motor should running apprs around 250 to 260deg and that is running it balls to the walls so look into those things.
