The rd logic turbo in my experience is pretty bad for bending/dings. The skyline pipe is harder. Even though the stinger might not bend in , the area surrounding it will regardless as well as the pipe itself.
Bummer , but yeah. The one pipe that has survived my driving is the skyline vr12plus im not sure which skyline you have but its pretty strong if you ask me. Another thing to look at is how your pipe sits on the car and what kinda exhaust bracket its hooked to. The best bet is a springy or spring loaded bracket that can give some. Stiff brackets hold the pipe and increase damage it takes.
You can also setup some sort of blockage system with perhaps some cf or ive heard of wire like something similiar to the exhaust hanger that goes out and gives added protection by stopping impacts from even hitting the pipe in accidents.
