I can appreciate that you are not happy with the pricing strategy of NR in the past, but currently it seems that they are lowering their prices while Ninja is raising them.
When the MR 12 was announced last year a lot of hobby shops over here had them listed for € 220, when a NR .12 was around € 320.
Now, things are looking a bit different. The Ninjas went up to €280

and the Novas down to €290

, so the difference is neglectable.

Personally I was waiting for the MR12 to become available to try one, but now with the little price difference, I will get the new NR Plus 12 and wait how the Ninjas will perform on the tracks, just because NR is a known factor while Ninja is not.
While all this is happening I think Picco has become the most serious competitor in the .12 field, since they got their conrod issues worked out (took 'em long enough) When it comes to Power / Price ratio, Picco based engines are really hard to beat right now.
