wow. Should be obvious, but I have to ask, Lower shock mounted in same hole on both front arms?
Maybe take the shocks off and make sure that the side that doesnt droop as much doesnt have a bind in the suspension (make sure that the arm moves up/down freely) that would limit the travel? This may not have any affect on your problem, but, maybe make sure that both the left and right VLA hinge pins are in the same hole too? It does change the overall effective length of the arm, so it could possibly affect the amount of droop too.
