Front and rear shock towers
Upgraded chassis
Engine mounts <1 piece>
There are other items that you would want to change if you really want to race the car, but these are the main items. With the one piece engine mount, you would need a starter box.
I use these items plus Kyosho Evolva fuel tank

This should set you up pretty close. You might need to change the set-up and tires depending on where you will be racing your car.
This set-up is for a very high traction track.
