They could be both 4mm Wrenches; but in different colors.

I just measured the 53602 and it is 4.10mm It is blue.
The 49197 is blue also, it is now discontinued. It was also 4mm. I believe what the difference is, is that the 49197 was a limited production run. then the decided to add it to the Hop up parts line
