4wd buggy can't have too much power

I run a 7700 in a XX4... and a 5700 in a T4.

Both are stupid fast on the track... as much power as I can imagine ever needing for racing.

As for taming the system, there are some software tweaks like punch control and motor timing, but there isn't any kind of rev limiter. CC says they may include that in a future software update though... but for now you can't truely "turn down" the system very much without limiting the EPA which is not a good idea.

I found in my B4... a good milder setup that is still very fast, is to run the 4600 motor and gear it to the moon. It takes some of the snap out of it.. and revs out pretty high. ANd the heat is not a problem at all. Oh and it still can pull the front up on a high bite track, geared 25/81. So I guess it's not exaclty "soft".
