i'll partially answer your question.
Here in Malaysia and over singapore, there are about 10 EVo III drivers.
None have stripped or broken the front one way gear yet.
many run mod.others run 23T stock with 5-6 gearing.meaning very fast as well.
personally i had 4 turn air flip and only a ball cup came loose..
the other day i bent a suspension shaft,toe-block and screw in the front but still the damn gear didnt break.(i suck)
what does that say about fixing it?i just use the normal screws and thread lock.
