Checkpoint makes them, anywhere that sells checkpoint motors, stormer comes to mind, yes they are silver.
As for the dyno, I am not sure, I got mine "tuned" from a popular shop here, but it had no dyno sheet like they claimed, and it did not come with the better brushes/springs either, but I won't be r00d and name them
