I would suggest maybe looking into the JP3 pipe as well. I haven't ran one myself yet, but I am told that they are an excellent overall pipe...
As far as price goes....It's worth what you, or anyone else, is willing to pay. Without seeing it, and knowing the condition/age of the servos and other stuff, it's really hard to say for sure. Do some research on ebay by looking at completed listings for the jammin buggy, and try and find some that were similar to the deal you are getting, and see what they sold for...
