-there is nothing wrong with rtr. Sometimes the quality is not as good. BUt you got a great deal, so it is worth it.
-A lot of racers have been burned off of ebay, so they are a bit leary.
-Running in 45-50 is ok, I have done it many times, it is just way harder to tune your engine, and it is harder on the little engines as well.
