try the novak fans, I ran into some problems with the 3racing and the integy fans. After I dropped a new CO27 motor into my car I noticed when I put the fan on the can the fans speed slowed considerably. I tested to diffrent fans with this motor and came to the conclusion that maybe these fans have ball bearings and the magnet in the can is pulling at the bearings causing it to slow. i know this sounds odd but it true I showed at least ten people at the track and everyone came to the same conclusion. I previously had no problems with the fan on older motors such as a Reedy Rage, MVP and Spec 19. Go figure
