I checked some of my bearings and the ones in the steering knuckles and rear uprights aren't so good anymore. Dont know if its worth it to get a set of ceramics or what.
Personally, I chose to spend $28US on two full sets of el-cheapo asian bearings (sold on ebay) instead of $90-100US on one full set of ceramics. After a over a month of use they feel like new, which I think is good enough for me.
