Elements of it, certainly, but iir (and this is going back 20 years now...) there wasn't an attempt by Delta to "use" reactive caster (whether or not there was any), and it wasn't an adjustable element. The Trinity car(s) came while I was on haitus, but my understanding is they were actually adjustable for this. Then the Associated front end (and Gen-X clone), which isn't infinitely adjustable but probably more secure/stronger with three distinct positions to adjust.
