Yep. Depending on the track size/layout and your tire size (assuming foams), your rollout should be between 31.5mm and 33.5mm. Unless I'm running very large tires (60mm), I usually start off between 32.0mm and 32.5mm and then gear up from there.
Today at a high bite large track (several slow/tight corners as well as two sweepers) with 56.0mm tires, the optimum rollout was 33.2mm.
