The car I bought has already had this mod done to the 3mm carpet chassis plate it came with.

I can only see negatives in doing this.
1: when tightening the only remaining screw, it will pull down on the servo and cause the outside edge to lift up.
2: leaves the servo unprotected from side impacts.

I kinda solved the servo lifting issue with an aluminum spacer i had.

Any other suggestions?
