That is no doubt true when comparing them with the new higher capacity cells available now. Its hardly fair to compare a 3600 mAh cell to a 4200 mAh cell though. It's obvious which one will have better performance on the track.
They must still be usefull though. Their are a large number of shops/matchers still selling RC3600HV's in Standard packs as well as Zapped and Matched sets. If they were realy that bad then why would so many shops/matchers still be selling them.
Also, Dont take Sanyo's previous record away from them. Prior to these new high capacity cells the Sanyo RC3000's were the number one cell for racing back then.
And dont forget my experiance with Zapped and matched Chinese cells I have purchased recently. The RC3600HV is far supperior to the matched set of GP3700's I bought. And as for the IB4200's they were simply DOA.
And I am not saying all GP sets are like this. Just the set I bought. I am also not saying all IB4200's are like this. Just the set I bought.
