Gday, if the fan is soldered onto the leads to the battery, that is, i use corrally and the leads run up to the male plugs, after a race and when marshelling, the fan/s still go and the motor is cooled down before you get back to it. I do have a radio switch but that is turned off after the race. If you go through the receiver when the radio is off, the fan is off, just a thought, plus Aussie rules state they run to the battery anyway
