Here is a quick and easy tip to eliminate some radio tray flex. The stock 1/4 inch tray screws don't thread very far into the radio tray itself. if you look at your radio tray you can see the three holes circled in red will accept up to a 3/4 inch length screw. The screw pictured is a comparison of stock 1/4 and a 5/8 screw. The longer screw will add rigidity to the radio tray cause they thread higher up in the tray and have less tendency for the plastic to flex.
