1. First, sand all the edges of your CF parts. I used 400 grit sandpaper to do this. If you have some, wear latex gloves and a respirator. I used a thin CA to seal the chassis. I soaked the tip of a Qtip with the CA, and then I lightly applied it to the sides of the chassis and battery slots. Be careful with the CF pieces, they are very sharp before sanding.

2. I beveled the corners of the slots slightly. The way to get the best results is to only take a very little amount chassis material off at a time. Keep a battery pack handy to test its fit. You don't want the battery hanging below the chassis line.

3. Take your time and use thread lock on all screws threading into aluminum.
