I did not question John Tag... re read my post. I agree with him fast is fast when it is legal. But when it is not, then it does not matter. Look, ROAR posted the rule, and at this race the cat fell out of the bag to the PUBLIC. Now people want to know how to measure it. That seems to be a problem to ask how to make this measurement.
