Fastlane is not big enough for a mod class...That is why I don't run a faster motor class.
I would think the 5800 would be as big as a person would want to go and still have somewhat respectable tire wear.
I can't believe how out of hand things can get on this thread. Talk about it at the track....that is where things need to happen. I don't know about most of the guys running 4300, but I know I have had a blast running it. I have been driving my A$$ off. I don't just get up there and screw around. Driving my A$$ off is fun for me. It makes me faster. That is why I like running fast drivers, it makes you faster. If you are not getting faster, then what are you doing?? Try a setup change that is really out there? But try something, don't just give up.
Fastlane needs to set up a drivers meeting night, so people can get together and talk about making changes, kinda like a club thing. Like the airplane guys do?
