Here is my new ride!!!
I used Paul L. weight balancing guide to setup my car and it needed 35grams in the front right of the chassis to balance it out (with ib4200wce 6 cell pack)
I will post more pics as I am changing the esc (from MRT to KO VFS-1 Pro Comp Version 2) and also might change the servo to a Futaba 9550 to see how different the car 'feels' with a lighter front end (ie. lighter servo and I assume not as much lead balancing weight on the front).
Car feels great on the track, used the basic kit setup and slowly over the last couple of days (about 12 hours trackside) made changes accordingly to suit. Very impressed so far!!!
Electronics used are:
ESC: MRT MX Pro
Receiver: Spektrum Micro Rx
Servo: JR 8715 Digital (high speed and torque)
AMB PT
Motor: Checkpoint with custom 9x1 4mm armature with MuchMore Standoffs and cooling fan (25mm) and MuchMore 5amp Shotky Diode
